On 23 October 2018, senior fellow O. Sakal, PhD, participated in the II session of the International School-Laboratory of Sustainable Development and Management of Natural Resources (ISLSD) on the subject Participation of Civil Society Organizations and Initiatives on Sustainable Development on the Local Level in Minsk, Belarus.

ISLSD is a joint project of Entrepreneurship Institute, International Sakharov Environmental Institute of Belarus State University, Public Institution “Institute of Environmental Economics and Sustainable Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine,” Belarus Republican Science and Technology Library and Friedrich Ebert Foundation (Germany). Event participants included representatives of local authorities, education and science and NGOs of various levels.
